"No Bubby!!" Dylan yelled the other night as they were eating their bed time snack. He's never one to let any injustice go unnoticed, so hearing him voice his opinions tends to go in one ear and out the other with me. But he was so frantic I had to take notice..."What Dylan!?" his Bubby replied.
"Don't throw that popcorn away!" (It was one single kernel...!)
"But it fell on the floor..."
"Buuuuh-beee...! You can't waste it...! We can take it outside and plant it... and then we'll grow a popcorn tree! We'll have so much popcorn...we can eat it in the yard whenever we want!!"
I could barely cover my giggle, and big brother didn't even try. The mind of a four-year-old...!
